Matthias Mager is the new CSO at Schlüter-Systems
Industry expert takes over from Günter Broeks as Chief Sales Officer
As of March 1st, Matthias Mager assumed the role of Chief Sales Officer for the German and export markets at Schlüter-Systems. Before that, Mager was Sales Director and Vice President of the Germany market at Velux, where he spent a total of nearly 14 years. As a qualified civil engineer with a Master’s degree in Construction Management (M.Sc.) and 22 years of sales experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive expertise to the Iserlohn-based company – his focus in the past few years has expanded to include strategic business development. As part of this appointment, Matthias Mager is taking over the area previously managed by Günter Broeks, Schlüter’s long-standing Head of Sales, who is leaving the company on the 30th of June 2026.
