Schlüter-Systems Limited Peel & Stick Campaign 2026 Terms & Conditions
1. Overview of Promotion
1.1 Schlüter-Systems Limited (“the Promoter”) will use internal evaluation metrics to invite individual installers from companies on its database (the “Installers”) via email to apply for a free sample product bundle referred to as the Peel & Stick Campaign 2026 (“the Promotion”).
1.2 The Promoter’s registered address is in Coalville, England, Units 3 To 6 Bardon 22 Reg's Way, Coalville LE67 1TE (the “Promoter’s Address”).
1.3 The Promotion is intended to:
1.3.1 Introduce Installers to the Promoter’s products;
1.3.2 Gather feedback and insights; and
1.3.3 Support potential future commercial engagement.
1.4 Eligibility is assessed and applications are processed on a per-company basis, rather than at the individual Installer level.
1.5 A company that is recorded in the Promoter’s database is eligible for the Promotion.
1.6 It is free to submit an application form for the Promotion and no purchase is necessary.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion will run from 12:00pm on 1 June 2026 until 12:00pm on 31 August 2026 or until all of the allocated promotional material is claimed (“the Promotion Period”).
2.2 Application forms received after the closing date of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Application Process
3.1 Installers wishing to participate must complete the application form made available at [Peel & Stick Campaign 2026].
3.2 Multiple Installers from the same company may submit an application, but selection is limited to one successful Installer per company.
3.3 Installers must complete a series of questions as part of the application process to assist in the assessment and selection criteria for the allocated promotional material. Such questions may include, without limitation, the following: (a) installation volumes (b) purchasing channels (c) manufacturer preferences (d) interest in a direct account and (e) willingness to be contacted by a sales representative.
3.2 Submission of the form does not guarantee receipt of a free sample product bundle.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to only consider Installers who provide complete and accurate information.
4. Product Bundles
4.1 There are three (3) types of free sample product bundles available for the Promotion (together, “Peel & Stick Bundles”).
4.1.1 DITRA bundle;
4.1.2 DITRA-HEAT* bundle; or
4.1.3 DITRA-HEAT-DUO* bundle.
4.2 The allocated promotional material is a total of 250 Peel & Stick Bundles and is therefore subject to availability during the Promotion Period.
4.3 Installers applying for the Peel & Stick Bundles acknowledge that:
4.3.1 The Peel & Stick Bundles do not include heating cables or thermostat controls;
4.3.2 Such items may be purchased separately at the Installer’s own cost;
4.3.3 Installers are provided the option of purchasing such items for a discounted rate when completing the application form, however no purchase is necessary.
4.4 No cash will be offered in place of the Peel & Stick Bundles.
4.5 The Peel & Stick Bundles are supplied by the Promoter who reserves the right to replace the bundles with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
5. Selection Criteria
5.1 The Promoter’s sales teams will review and assess all applications;
5.2 The Promoter’s sales team will select qualifying Installers in accordance with the following selection criteria:
5.2.1 During the application process, Installers must complete a set of questions (see condition 3) relevant to the Promotion to support the selection process.
5.2.2 During the selection process, priority will be given to Installers who answer “yes” to the set of questions, but selection remains at the Promoter’s discretion and is not exclusive. The Promoter may select from all eligible applications, including those who answer “no” and where it is necessary to broaden the selection pool for the Promotion.
5.2.3 Selection is limited to one successful Installer per company.
5.3 Selected Installers will be contacted only from the Promoter’s email: promo@schluter.co.uk.
5.4 If a selected Installer does not respond within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the selected Installer’s product bundle will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternative Installer in accordance with the selection process described above.
5.5 The Installer will receive the allocated bundle within 10 of days of being notified of their selection.
6. Follow-up Communications
6.1 By applying for the Promotion, Installers agree to receive follow-up communications relating to:
6.1.1 Confirmation of selection and delivery of bundles;
6.1.2 Installation instructions as set out in the installation guide;
6.1.3 Product support and sales engagement; and
6.1.4 Feedback requests.
6.2 Installers may opt out of marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.
7. Feedback and User Content
7.1 Following receipt of use of the product, the Promoter may contact the Installers to request:
7.1.1 feedback on the performance of the product;
7.1.2 details of the Installation experience; and
7.1.3 photographs or other materials showing the installed product to be submitted via the Promoter’s portal.
(together, “User Content”).
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Where Installers voluntarily provide feedback, images, or other content in accordance with condition 7 (“Feedback and User Content”), the Installer grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish and otherwise exploit such User Content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media channels, websites, press releases, industry communications and sales materials, without additional compensation.
9. Publicity
9.1 By completing the application form, Installers agree that their Company, name, and their User Content may be used by the Promoter for promotion and marketing purposes, and the Promoter may edit User Content for formatting purposes, provided it is not misleading in any way (i.e., it cannot materially misrepresent the Installer’s original experience).
9.2 If the Installer objects to their surname being published or made available, please contact the Promoter ([Contact | Schlüter-Systems]). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and selected application forms to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Advertising and Endorsements (CAP & CMA Compliance)
10.1 The Promotion and all Installers must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), applicable CMA guidance on endorsements and consumer protection and all applicable UK consumer laws.
10.2 Installers acknowledge that the free product bundle constitutes an incentive (“payment in kind”).
10.3 If an Installer posts or shares any content publicly about the Promoter or its products (including on social media, websites, or review platforms), they must:
10.3.1 Clearly disclose that they received the product for free;
10.3.2 Use clear and prominent identifiers such as “Ad”, “Gifted”, or “Advertisement”;
10.3.3 Ensure such disclosure is visible and upfront.
10.4 Any opinions expressed must be:
10.4.1 Honest, genuine, and based on actual experience;
10.4.2 Not misleading or exaggerated.
10.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request removal or amendment of non-compliant content.
11. No Obligation to Purchase
11.1 Participation in the Promotion does not create any obligation on Installers to:
11.1.1 Purchase products; or
11.1.2 Enter into any commercial agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
12.2.1 any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any product bundle;
12.2.2 any costs incurred by the Installer, including purchase of additional components (including cables or thermostats).
12.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Data Protection
13.1 Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 and as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: Privacy policy | Schlüter-Systems. See also condition 8 with regard to Publicity.
13.2 Such data will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, managing product bundle follow up, collecting feedback and (where permitted) for ongoing marketing communications (subject to consent where required).
14. General
14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
14.2 Installers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon application at condition 3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse applications, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14.3 These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by English law. If any Installers to this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
