Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD brings great versatility to tile, allowing you to build custom elements that would be difficult to create using other conventional building panels. We also offer the possibility of customising some of our shower drains with laser engraving and a selection of our products can be ordered in 190 RAL colours.
Vanity & shelving
Off-the-shelf vanity or shelving units do not always fit in the space you have available or don’t quite have the functionality you’re looking for. With Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD, create a vanity or shelving unit to your exact dimensions much quicker than if you were to try and use traditional materials.
Waterproof, temperature resistant and ready to tile, the thickest option of KERDI-BOARD (50 mm) can be used to build both the structure of the vanity unit and any shelving. Don’t be fooled by how lightweight it is and how easy it is to cut with a utility knife; KERDI-BOARD can hold significant loads.
A handy tip is that you can build your vanity or shelving to the exact size of your tile meaning you don’t have to cut any tiles and the finished look is clean and smart.
Seating
If you’re looking to add accessible luxury to a bathroom, then consider creating a seating area or bench. As well as future-proofing a space, a seating area provides a convenient spot for keeping shampoo nearby, sitting down to relax or improving accessibility for all the family.
Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD is the ideal material for creating shower benches that are ready for tile. Simple to cut with a utility knife, it can be easily customised to fit your bench size and design specifications.
Create a curved seat or wall with Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD-V, a vertically grooved panel, and even introduce heating if desired using Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT to turn a bathroom into a spa-like sanctuary.
Partition systems
Bathrooms, wet rooms, and other sanitary installations frequently require partition walls to create separate shower or toilet cubicles or to divide rooms. Constructing such walls of masonry blocks or covered stud frames is time-consuming and often requires further preparation before tiling can begin.
Suitable panel thicknesses of Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD (38 or 50 mm depending on the project) can be used to quickly and simply create stable and self-supporting partition walls that are immediately ready for tiling. KERDI-BOARD is ideally suited to create anything from simple partitions to entire toilet and shower facilities or public changing rooms.
Curved walls
Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD-V is a vertically grooved panel that allows you to take your tiling project to the next level by incorporating rounded and curved elements in your design. KERDI-BOARD-V can be easily used to create bathtub surrounds, freestanding curved walls, and curved coverings for plumbing elements, duct work, columns, and more. It can also be used to create a seat or bench, contouring to the shape of your body and bringing spa vibes to any bathroom.

Colourful trims
An assortment of Schlüter trims and the wall storage solution Schlüter-SHELF can now be ordered in the 190 colours of the RAL Classic chart - with selections including golden yellow, emerald green and blue grey. Customise your Schlüter products to your exact colour specifications. Particularly suited to larger commercial projects, you can now specify Schlüter products in finishes right across the colour spectrum.
Customised shower drains
You can apply your own design to the Schlüter-KERDI-LINE linear drains to give showers a special personal touch. Engraved logos, images, or texts can be added in a choice of three different engraving types – deep, surface, or crosshatch engraving. Engraving choices depend on the selected motif and your design preferences. Our popular wall and skirting profiles can now also be matched to the tile design with modern printing technology.
