An ultraslim profile for narrow joints

Effective movement joints that are scarcely noticeable: The new movement joint profile Schlüter-DILEX-F is the first movement joint profile that needs no embedding in the joint. Despite its ultraslim profile, it reliably compensates the normal movements of tile coverings and forms a virtually invisible joint within floor assemblies designated for foot traffic.

Schlüter-DILEX-F consists of the carrier profile DILEX-FCS, made of recycled rigid PVC, and the insert DILEX-FIS that is available in rolls in ten popular joint colours. Not only does the material create a consistent insert without visual disruptions, it also features a dirt-repellent surface. That makes the joint especially easy to clean, and the integrated nylon thread prevents inadvertent stretching of the insert.

With a visible surface width of just 3.5 millimetres, DILEX-F enables the unobtrusive design of technically necessary joints in application areas such as flats, offices, car showrooms and sales floors that don't have to withstand forklift traffic or shopping trolleys.
