Clever solutions for resource-efficient construction
Schlüter-Systems at Cersaie 2024
At this year's Cersaie in Bologna, Italy, Schlüter-Systems is focussing on energy- and material-saving system solutions for uncomplicated and sustainable construction.
At stand A18-B17 in hall 32, the Iserlohn-based company will be presenting a new version of the Schlüter-BEKOTEC-THERM water-based underfloor heating system, which features integrated thermal and impact sound insulation. The proven, particularly thin-layered system utilises the excellent thermal conductivity and storage capacity of tiles and is characterised by low material consumption during installation and high energy efficiency during operation. Visitors to Bologna can also look forward to new, self-adhesive studded screed panels which make installing underfloor heating even quicker and save even more material.
A new solution for composite decoupling also saves time and material during installation, and Cersaie visitors can look forward to its première. New heights for the popular Schlüter-TREP-E also expand the Iserlohn-based market leader's portfolio of stair profiles.
With DILEX-F, Schlüter-Systems has launched the first movement joint profile without a cementitious joint connection. Despite its extremely narrow design - the visible surface is only approx. 3.5 millimetres - it reliably compensates for the usual movements of tile coverings and enables the inconspicuous design of technically necessary joints in areas such as flats, offices, car dealerships or sales areas that are not subject to loads from forklift trucks or shopping trolleys. DILEX-F will be on display at the Schlüter stand in Bologna, as will the BARA-RTC balcony edge profile, which was launched in 2024. The latter is ideal for edging the edge of superstructures with 20 mm thick tiles.
