The right profile for every balcony
Schlüter-Systems has expanded its balcony assortment
As of January 2024, Schlüter-BARA-RTC provides designers and installers with a new profile for designing the edges of balconies and terraces. The T-shaped finishing profile, made of colour-coated aluminium, is ideal for protecting the edges of constructions with 20 mm tiles. The upper profile leg protects the edges of the tiles, while the lower leg conceals the construction and forms a drip lip. The BARA-RTC range naturally also includes corners and connectors.
If an unconventional angular solution is required for balconies, in future Schlüter-Systems will offer a customised solution for BARA profiles and BARIN drainage channels: Internal and external corners of these product ranges will be available from 2024 as customised products in the desired angular dimension. Even balconies beyond the usual standard dimensions can also be designed safely and attractively.
Together with the recently introduced colour expansions for the eight most popular BARA profiles and the option of various balcony edge profiles coated in 190 shades from the RAL CLASSIC colour palette, the Iserlohn-based company offers almost unlimited scope in the creative design of exterior spaces.
