The cost of the Schlüter-BEKOTEC-THERM floor heating system depends on several project-specific factors. Calculation factors include the number and size of rooms, the number of heating circuits, the heating pipe spacing as well as the desired control technology.

Based on our experience, we compiled the gross material costs for all required BEKOTEC-THERM components, including the necessary control technology for a typical single-family home, per square metre. Prices do not include the cost of labour. These values only represent calculated guidelines, which may differ for specific projects. Further installation components, such as insulation, Schlüter-DITRA, Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT or Schlüter-DITRA-DRAIN 4 and the covering need to be taken into account as well.
